I just hate how happy endings are basically becoming forbidden in the film industry, amirite?

This is isnt unpopular it's silly. 95% of the movies and tv shows still ending in happy end so I am not sure what are you on about

Then I just watched the wrong movies I guess. But most of the recent ones I watch just have bad endings

Can you make a list of the ones you remember this last time?

Just answered his question

You complained about unhappy endings, and then shared the last thing you watched was a sadistic death game. I'll recommend the Final Destination series for you next.

Maybe follow that up with Requiem for a Dream.

I prefer that happy endings are corny and not realistic.

Yeah Im probably just picking the wrong movies, but the last ones are just becoming the same in this regard
by Big_Celebration20792 days ago
Not every ending needs to be "realistic" misery. It's okay for stories to give us hope. Nothing wrong with wanting a little joy when you watch something.
