Vloggers don't normally have a camera person and are generally just using a tripod by themselves. Therefore every time you see a shot of a person walking away or a car driving off the vlogger obviously has to come back and get the camera before leaving for real. Some people have made a joke out of including the footage of them awkwardly walking back for the camera. Enough people have done it that the joke isn't very original anymore however. Which brings us to people like OP who don't like it.
