Oh gosh. Come on man. Not every pint of raw milk is swimming with pathogens. It's too dangerous as a commercial product but the risk is low if you get it from a trusted source. And it absolutely helps with lactose intolerance. I haven't had it in years tho.

I love my raw milk, been drinking it from a very young age. Simple because that is what was available. These days I every now and then buy store bought milk. To me it is watered down and bland. Oat milk is even worse! It misses the rich flavour and texture I like and am accustomed to.
