+15 Wrinkled bed sheets better than "smooth", amirite?

by Anonymous 2 hours ago

This is one of the few unpopular opinions that is so unpopular it might be that OP is the only person who holds it. Not because everyone else in the world prefers smooth bedsheets, but rather no one else has ever considered having an opinion on this matter.

Unpopular doesn't have to be hated. It could just mean no one cares. I learned that the hard way in middle school.

🤣 this made me laugh

Ill allow it. Rolling joints many value smooth paper, no creases, however my friend crushes his papers before rolling and the burn is soooo uniform

I love this idea. Damaging the structure probably helps sustain the burn by having more contact surface. Conversely, now you have me scared I may have made my bed more flammable. Still not changing my opinion. I will fight for this while I burn alive in bed.

To me wrinkled bed sheet feels like sandpaper. I like that Patrick Bateman type of smooth... makes me feel so much relaxed

I love that you use American Psycho as an analogy. I do my best to live as opposite of him as possible.

Bed bugs tend to hide in folds and seams of sheets,

by Anonymous 48 minutes ago

This is false. Bed bugs survive in the mattress and upholstery. They can't survive getting washed in the laundry. You wash your sheets, right?

by Anonymous 30 minutes ago

False how? Yes high heat and regular washing will eventually eliminate them from the sheets. They tend to congregate in the folds and piping in mattresses, headboards and other parts of the bed and furniture. You may be washing the sheets, but as soon as you put them back on the bed, they will gravitate to folds in the sheets near your body where they are feeding at night. You can't wash the mattress or the other furniture. So what are you suggesting? So you think just washing the sheets solves the issue?
