Agreed, I had to give my mom CPR when she suddenly collapsed. My brothers were panicking, crying, running around. My expression didn't even change, my family told me it was weird how calm I was the whole time. At least ems thanked me for being able to handle it but it's not like I wasn't worried.

honestly, I would think you would have to keep your cool in a situation like that. good on you for that composure, though. I wouldn't have been crying or anything, but I definitely would be slightly startled enough for my brain to shut down for a sec. hope your mom's ok, too.

Dont i know it, granted empathy is a little difficult for me but ive always been the rock for everyone so i got very good at separating myself from everything. Weirds prople out though
