You eat carbs for energy for the day, so I dunno who you think a carb-heavy meal is best suited for the end of the day. And if mornings are rushed for you, (they don't have to be), then surely you're suggesting not eating at all?

You should do what I do, I put several slices of bacon on my George Foreman grill beside my bed, then set it to come on in the morning. That way, I wake up to the smell of bacon every day!

BREAKFAST ALL DAY

Technically, you're supposed to have an energy producing, heavy breakfast. To keep things simple, let's just say that's because it's the most important meal of the day. It sure tastes better when you're hungry, especially after a long day at work. I could eat breakfast three meals a day and be very happy if I'm being honest. I don't think I would eat the same portions that I eat at breakfast though for dinner.

Brunch. If you're going to indulge in any of that stuff, except maybe eggs, a weekday morning is not the time and it's not a satisfying or nourishing dinner. Weekend Brunch is the occasion.
