If it's decriminalized then it needs to be grown and processed in a safe environment.

💯 percent agree with you. Decriminalising it should have been the way.

If you want a place where weed and drugs are strictly forbidden, you could go to China, where drug dealing above 50 grams is punishable by death.

Good luck with that. You blaze?

I would like to once again congratulate drugs for winning the war on drugs.

Weed is like alcohol. It's going to be around, the best way to reduce how many kids and teens get a hold of it is legal regulation, because drug dealers don't ID, and unlicensed growers can do some real damage to the environment. Might as well control it rather then let it fester in a legal Grey area

This seems to be a more popular opinion than you may realize. I hate the smell of marijuana, and I know a number of people who lived in legalized states and said the issue is the smell is everywhere. Because of this I kind of think marijuana legalization has plateaued simply because marijuana is legal in a fair number of states (making the attitude "so move") and those states that haven't legalized marijuana are incentivized not to.
