Her name is Elastigirl, Mrs Incredible is just a name the toyline uses due to another character sharing her codename. And if you mean because of her elastic powers, the same can be said for DC's Elasti-Girl, and Marvel's Ms. Marvel.

Haha, that's a great point! She could literally stretch the birth canal wider, and if there were any complications, she could totally reach inside and fix it herself. I'm suddenly picturing her delivering kittens from a tree too.
