Nah its not laziness I just said that lol. Still tho the guy who took the chance and showed up takes higher priority.

It absolutely is rude, but its like .001% of the repressed rudeness that anyone working in customer facing jobs have pent up so I just give it to um, if they still can do whatever I need done its not that big a deal
