It doesn't matter If It's "not your place" when It comes to saying something. amirite?

I'm all for speaking out when necessary, but tbh I don't quite understand the point in your example. Was this guy being shirtless hazardous or harmful to anyone? That's generally where I draw the line. A situation becomes my business whenever I can protect others by speaking up.

I agree completely, and honestly no. I stepped In because everyone seemed very uncomfortable hearing this guy ranting and raving about putting on a shirt. Your line Is more valid, and similar to my own, mindset, but differs In I'm the kind of person to say something others are afraid too. (Ex. Noisy classmate, but guys nervous to ask them to be quiet. I'm not.)

Hey, who does? Nothing wrong with not caring, especially when It's an arbitrary situation. However, I see the idea of speaking out when you see something Isn't popular, especially in social settings.

Yeah, that's a whole other story. If I can prevent someone from being harmed by speaking up I will. But in the example you used I don't think that's the case

I agree, but only for behaviors where you know the full situation. Otherwise people with disabilities or other conditions will be mocked even more by people who are trying to help.
