Roblox is hardly a good metric for performance ability of a device. If it runs on a phone it will likely run pretty good on an old computer that costs less than the phone

Yeah that's integrated graphics. Your CPU is pulling double duty as a CPU and a GPU. No wonder you are lagging, your system isn't built for playing games. It's not that PCs are a scam, it's that you don't understand PCs. Mind you, I don't blame you. I only know what I'm talking about because it's what I have a passion for. To the average consumer computers might as well be rocket science.

so you bought a cheap pc and an expensive iphone and are suprised one is better then the other?.......also stats between phone and pcs aren't related 1:1 and can't be directly compared besides that Roblox on Iphone and on pc are inherently different

Mobile roblox probably has a bunch of graphics features stripped out. If your pc was expensive I can almost guarantee it's wayyyyyy faster than the phone. Your problem is with roblox.

Can't put a lot of the programs I need on a phone. It also lacks an actual keyboard, which can technically be rectified but tends to get silly very quickly. Ideally you get a PC that actually does what you need, which you don't seem to have done.

Your complaint is entirely about roblox but you say "pay thousands of dollars on tech that is going to be outdated in two minutes" ? A less than €1000 computer from 10 years ago would still be able to run roblox fine.
