Imagine walking about sopping wet all day and thinking it's somehow more reasonable to drip everywhere than to use an everyday tool. I come from the west coast and agree with this opinion. Umbrellas are a bulky and unnecessary hassle for how little they actually accomplish. A proper raincoat with a hood and rain boots are 100x more effective.
