Bill Burr hasn't been funny since pre pandemic, as his only punchline since is "young people are glad the old people died in the pandemic". Your horrible comparison and lack of understanding comedy styles makes this a wrong opinion more than unpopular.

I see him as the white Dave Chappelle. Most of the humor comes from a racist place, but it's framed so that the racism is what is mocked or parodied.
