Your take reads like someone who just discovered Cronometer and thinks it replaced decades of nutritional science. Bloodwork isn't a comprehensive health scorecard...it's a snapshot that misses things like gut microbiome health, inflammation markers, and long-term cancer risk and plenty of others. Dismissing vegetables because you don't see immediate deficiencies is like saying seatbelts are unnecessary because you haven't crashed yet. There's a difference between surviving and thriving, and right now you're confusing the two.
