I never said that vegetables don't have health benefits "I have to clarify though that I don't believe that they're unhealthy either, I just don't think they're necessary"

Why do fat is beautiful activists and unhinged hippy weirdos think bloodwork is the ultimate proof of human health, your bloodwork can look pretty fine even if you're well on your way to a heart attack/cancer

Your take reads like someone who just discovered Cronometer and thinks it replaced decades of nutritional science. Bloodwork isn't a comprehensive health scorecard...it's a snapshot that misses things like gut microbiome health, inflammation markers, and long-term cancer risk and plenty of others. Dismissing vegetables because you don't see immediate deficiencies is like saying seatbelts are unnecessary because you haven't crashed yet. There's a difference between surviving and thriving, and right now you're confusing the two.
