Hugging or a small kiss are fine. Some hand holding while walking. It's when people are all over eachother or making out or sitting on laps and rubbing thighs that it gets obnoxious and off putting

Oh definitely. I can never not be aware of my impact in public, and so I could never just engage in this behavior without suggesting to my tongue-wrestling partner that we find a more private place for it. Bc why would you even limit yourself? It's not like you can disrobe in public. But of course, I know understand that some people actually get off when they engage in PDA. It's like a softcore fetish for them. They like how it makes people cringe. They enjoy the negative attention. Primates!

Big agree. I don't mind stuff like pecks and hand holding, but when people start making out and like heavy petting in public… ew man. Only exception for me is if there's something big like a proposal or something?? I cut em some slack bc emotions are prolly so high lol.

How about when you reluctantly go for an Airbnb weekend with your missus' mates and their partners, and all the couples are sitting around a table chatting and playing card games but a few of the couples are so handsy and kissy that they're not really focused on the chat and games and you aren't a PDA type of person and it's just wierd.
