+55 I believe it should be encouraged to do enhancement drugs for athletes. amirite?

so the sports associations, just no longer care and let a roided lunatic compete against an athlete who has done it the right way? Yes very unpopular. You were right.

gestures to the WWE this is how you get all your talent and athletes to die at 45.

Or sooner

Yet most people who have your opinion don't care about the athletes but rather records being "tainted." Like OP said, it's entertainment.

Yeah, and people shouldn't put themselves into a position where they might die for your entertainment just because they think that if they don't that their livelihood will be put at risk. Doesn't really matter if someone cares about it because "oh no the records aren't legit" or because they have basic empathy for their fellow human beings, the result is the same. Most athletes are young and very impressionable. If they think the only way they have a future doing what they love is to jack themselves up on steroids, they will probably do that. There's no ethical justification for letting a 20 year old put themselves into a position where they might have a fatal heart attack by 25 just because some rando thinks it's more fun if he can run faster or hit a ball harder.

Rage bait right here, good job! :D

Yes, let's cause all of the damage those drugs do for our own entertainment!

And…people aren't allowed to make their own choices anymore. Plenty of self righteous people like you who know whats best for everyone

What if there was a professional juice-league? The only way in is to juice up? Get the most jacked humans ever?

by Anonymous 1 day ago

How will that work out for E-sports though?

by hilllmia 1 day ago

Pretty unpopular, this would promote harmful drugs.

The problem with exceeding your natural limits is that doing so often permanently damages your body. Also, if we allow all the enhancements you propose, then why not opt for exo-suits and mechs? It's all artificial and temporary anyway.
