Smores is one of my favorite flavors, how dare you 😂 Chocolate plus graham cracker is already great, sweet and crunchy. The marshmallow on its own is a fairly neutral flavor, but roasting adds a bitterness to cut through the sweetness and it adds a textural element that ties everything together. Your inability to properly cook a marshmallow is purely a patience or skill issue, but even oven-roasted smores are peak.
