As long as you don't get cold it is awesome too. Walking down the beach in wet jeans, t-shirt and socks. I respect that not all people like it. But I think it is awesome.

swimming fully clothed with shoes and all is not that difficult. You can have whatever wierd opinions you want, but this is categorically untrue. Swimming with long sleeves, pants, and shoes on is much more difficult than swimming in a normal swim suit.

You lost me at the shoes. I have gone swimming with my clothes on, and it doesn't feel bad, but walking around after in squishy shoes and wet socks doesn't sound fun.
