I don't get tattoos for other people to analyze them. I get them because they mean something to me, and I don't really care if other people see or understand them or not. Tattoos are tacky? Then don't get one. Problem solved lol

I think everyone legit has this same opinion about SOMETHING in life, so although I don't agree, I can respect your POV. I feel this way about wildly colored hair. On anybody, regardless of age, race or gender. I'm not talking blonde or black, etc. I'm referring to extreme colors like pink, green, purple etc

Yes, those are much more tacky and loud. And I don't see someone with tattoos and think "Oh God... That is vile." I just don't like them, not impressed at all. Bright colored hair makes me vomit though.
