Most mammals do have morality systems. Empathy, social equality, selflessness. They may not be as complex as humans but they can be just as strong

Who's morality exactly? Being as efficient as possible is the morally correct action from some perspectives. Animals also display morality, it is not just human, and it is not what makes humans, human. A kind of morality will probably also emerge from AI automated systems as well. There is nothing to think that machines will not be capable of empathy. It is short sided to think that your moral system is the only correct one and that AI will not have one at all.

Nope, it would objectively be better. The objectivity would be far better than some empathy. "Please trust me, I won't rob a store again" says a convict with already 30 crimes under his belt.
