I think you're too focused on the act of the "cheesepull" and are ignoring the "why" of the cheesepull. The "why", being what makes the cheesepull even possible, which is the gooey consistency of the cheese inside.

Definitely a good point and one I didn't consider. I still believe it is rare for a good cheese pull to be synonymous with a consistent mozzarella stick from bite to bite, but this does change my view to see that the best mozzarella stick probably has a Instagram worthy cheese pull. The question is how often is that truly the case, and honestly, I'd say it's not often at all
