i agree. i hate it when they blast songs

I'm not sure that I've ever heard music in clothing stores. Like many blokes my age I hate buying clothes, so I'm not in them enough to notice, but I do find muzak objectionable (frequently lifts and hotel lobbies). There was a time 80s (?) when I experienced horrid muzak in supermarkets, but this is something I haven't come across for many years.

When it's so loud I have to shout to talk to someone... Like why does it need to be that loud?
