They wouldn't give it away, they'd be offering it for huge costs that you can 'repay' in instalments. Except the repayment never catches up to the principle. A debt trap so to speak. In any case, billionaires themselves hold only as much power as people are ready to give for money. It takes one person to not accept the money and leak the whole thing.
