Honestly I think the best way to have threesomes is to make it all about one person. Trying to equally fulfill the needs of two people while simultaneously striving to fulfill your own needs is just mentally exhausting. As someone who has participated in a lot of threesomes i totally agree. It's a lot of work and you are often left unsatisfied and with a lot of mixed emotions. But if anyone is considering doing one I highly recommend being the third person over being in the couple. So then you have no emotions wrapped up in it and can skip away happily while their relationship slowly erodes because of one partner's insecurities.
