People aren't actually mad at Air Canada, they're mad at unions and striking workers. amirite?

I'm a non-unionized worker. This is an interesting perspective. I hope you get back to work soon and I also wish there were more options for people like yourself who don't align with the union.

thanks,,,I, I do like theunion because of perks and protection but they took way to far at least for me... I'm all in for legal strike but dont put me in for it when its illegal. they're saying its against the law for feds to step in, like no its not, its very much illegal, like two union leaders already got into it today because one said we can just do a sickout, and were like no, thats still very much illegal as its clearly fraud... its just to much, emotions running high, its a lot

I think the average traveler has little patience with the industry as a whole. Dragging them into a labor-management fight will just make them distrust the industry more, and some will decide to just drive, take the train, or fly a foreign airline to their destination. They don't care who is responsible and who isn't, and frankly they probably don't have the mental bandwidth to care, as air travel is stressful enough as is.

People are always mad when their servants are uppity. That's literally why strikes piss them off.
