People are often more comfortable in front of people of the same sex. We have single sex changing rooms and toilets as a commonplace thing, which is probably why.

At any kind of a event basically anywhere in the US, there are always lines outside the ladies room, and pretty often one of those ladies feels like she shouldn't have to wait in line and goes into the men's room. It's not that uncommon.

Yeah I have severe urinary urgency (I literally wear adult diapers due to the severity) I've never ever gone into the men's bathroom, especially as an adult. Maybe I'm like "privileged" because if I can't hold it anymore I have a failsafe. But I feel like even then, if you about to piss yourself and you make a desperate dash to the men's room, you're probably too focused on not pissing yourself to even notice that men have their dicks out.

Its not something that ive encountered often, but the few times ive been in the mens room and a woman has either walking in after or was already there ive just done what I needed to do and left like I normally would. My assumption is that a woman who has entered a room specifically intended for men to piss then she is gonna expect that men will be going in there to piss. It anything its MORE perverse to wait until she's gone, I dont see me getting rid of bodily waste as a sexual act, if somekne sees me doing it then that view still doesn't change 🤷‍♂️

There is absolutely no reason why bathrooms should be gendered. Until they aren't, I'm using whatever is first available. I cannot tell you how many times I've used the men's room. I couldn't even begin to guess. I'm not waiting 40 minutes when the men's room has seating.
