I've been to the Lookout Tavern and love that place lol but idk I love lobster rolls. There's a food truck called Cousins Maine Lobster that serves them at the NY State Fair this year and they're good! They have three different styles and I had the Connecticut style which is served warm with lemon butter rather than mayonnaise.

Lobster rolls always pretty good, but so, so expensive that it doesn't feel quite worth it. That said, Connecticut lobster rolls, served hot with butter rather than cold with mayo, are the superior lobster roll

I think sometimes to appreciate something you take for granted, you have to really know exactly how bad it can be... I live in Colorado. Colorado's many oceans don't produce a whole lot of fresh seafood. If you order a lobster roll out here, you will A. be very disappointed, and B. be very glad the mayonnaise is cutting out the flavor of the "lobster".

Are the lobsters humanely killed there? (I am a vegetarian myself, but if people want to eat fish or meat, I think they should go for the least animal unfriendly options)
