Hot take: People who hate mayo are immature babies. It's a colloid matrix of protein and oil. It's basically 2/3 of the basic major nutrients. So many uses. People don't realize it's been on every sandwich they've ever ordered. If you think mayo is vile, then you dont really think about food very much, and you probably have horrible taste.
