My issue with sauces is the amount of sugar in them.

The amount of things I can't eat because they're slathered in BBQ sauce and so much mass market sauce uses HFCS. I had a diabetic scare a couple years ago, adjusted my diet hard core and got my numbers down from nearly 400 to normal range. But I can't have HFCS anymore if I don't want to have another issue.

yea I guess the disease and cancer isnt a problem, also the fact the stuff is more addictive than cocaine and tobacco should mean something as well.

Used to LOVE flavor enhancers until my GI tracked caved...now I stick to curative natural spices..ginger, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, cinnamon, cardamon etc

"Makes chefs lazy"? This makes no sense and is a terrible take. Sprinkling MSG on a dish makes them lazy, but sprinkling cumin on it makes them brilliant?

That's... not the result of using these Japanese cooking uses MSG (MSG was "discovered" by a Japanese scientist able to isolate the glutimic acid as a flavor component) and it's arguably one of the cleanest and most straightfoward cusines in the world
