Honestly sunglasses is something we should all wear far more often. Our eyes aren't that great with dealing with any UV and is a cause of macular degeneration as we age. Sucks that you begin to find this stuff out well beyond the age of when the damage is already present.

Deal with it. I wear my sunglasses all the time, especially indoors depending on the lighting. I suffer from migraines and light is a very big trigger for me. Sometimes I just want to sit at the terminal with my sunglasses on and not make eye contact with anyone. Maybe I'm wearing them so I can scope out the really pretty gal sitting across from me and not look like a creep.
