College football sucks. amirite?

There doesn't seem to be any real strategy other than either dropping back 20 yards and launching the ball into a more than likely incompletion or running around they backfield for 10 seconds only to throw on the run at some receiver's feet. If you think there's no strategy to college football, you just don't understand it.

I'm about 90% sure he watched the Ohio State - Texas game earlier which admittedly did have a lot of dropping back scrambling, only to throw the ball at a receivers feet, and just projected that game onto all college football games. But to be fair to that game, those were also two really good defenses, which is at least part of why the offenses looked really dumb.
