If you always try to learn and improve you can't be undefinitely be bad at your hobby. Drawing is an ungrateful art, will take you years to do things you don't really have fun doing before you start doing things the way you want, and you will miss lot of time, it requires patience and hard work with little rewards. It's very hard. The only thing that will make you want to keep going is just because you love doing it. You don't need to have a great level to make people enjoy your art, lot of comics strips are enjoyed by thousand of people and are easy to draw, and it's OK If you have fun doing what you do, you will eventually be good, whatever it is. Better than most of people, which is enough. No need to aim to be a god at it lol
