The best way to sleep is with the heat on and the window open (when it's cold out). amirite?

One of the perks of renting

No, the best way is to just burn money and throw it out of the window.

I can't really see how it would be a good way to sleep, wouldn't you just get hot? Sure some wind and fresh air might come in but still, or if it's cold enough, you might just end up getting cold instead. Also as you mention, it would just be a huge waste of money, and I still don't see how it would make the sleep better in any way.

I mean, you could just make a really warm bed with an electric blanket and open the window instead. THough then its really bloody cold in the morning.

I agree my neck doesn't

I used to leave my front door open at night. Then a bat flew in.

That sounds like a great way to get all kinds of animals in, insects too, maybe even a burglar.

Likeā¦bats!?!? lol and I'm not really too worried. Really the worst that would happen is a wild Mormon appearing. Or a bat.

Tbh same here, but still I wouldn't want to have my door open, if nothing else just so I didn't get cats and other animals inside, I already have a cat problem, no need to get them inside, same for insects, they get in already, no need to help them.

Similarly, the best way to drive during summer is with the windows down and the AC blasting (yes, Peter Griffin was right about this one)
by Anonymous2 days ago
I like to blast the AC but put my heated mattress pad on, lol

Absolutely not. If there is any air movement whatsoever you get pieces of hot followed by pieces of cold, and you can never find a comfortable equilibrium. Unless you enjoy removing the covers then putting them back on then removing them then putting them back on over and over again throughout the night.
