Agreed OP. Sometimes if I can't get my hands on the thicker yogurt, I'll put my regular yogurt in the freezer for five to ten minutes so I can get it thicker. And it always comes out delicious

Labneh is Greek yogurt that is strained one more time and I use it in place of sour cream, add it to soups and curries, and stuff like that. (Remember that Greek yogurt is just strained yogurt) I get labneh from either a middle eastern grocer or at the regional fancy grocery store that's sort of like a Whole Foods. If you like Greek yogurt you'll love labneh
