I was homeschooled on a farm. The horses, dogs, pigs, sheep, rabbits, cats, chickens, etc were also informing/corrupting (they just do it in the open, you can't always have your eyes covered). I also still heard about it from siblings and other kids, and I found nude pictures in a medical encyclopedia. You'd need to keep someone away from nature, other people, and away from the Internet and libraries to really keep them from figuring out what sex is and what people look like naked. People are curious as you say, the world doesn't make any sense until sex is explained so people will try to figure that out even while they are supposed to be learning about the ABCs, 123s, or Noahs ark or Darwin.
