The best super soldiers in fiction are titan pilots in titanfall 2, amirite?

ODSTs are also deployable anywhere. But I think the BEST army is the Destiny Guardians or the Tenno. They are immortal fighting waves capable of slaying gods, and are renowned in their universe. And its like a couple thousand MAX.

I was going to say the guardians. And to be honest you are right but it's still hard for me to see them as anything other than speed using middle schoolers with guns and immortality

Last bit is pretty OP though. Even non immortal lightbearers, like Shin Malphur, they can become legends. Also the WF teams are in that army. They are canon

Oh no im with you on them being stronger. But they still die a good amount in the lore and are very undisciplined. Pretty just doing whatever. They are stronger than odsts but I feel not competent overall. I mean ignoring our guardian they seem to be around side quest boss level outside the really strong ones

World first teams change the equation completely. Thats like a group of assassins with space powers. And they're canonically a part of the vanguard's forces. And also TECHNICALLY every flawless, but the WF are mentioned in lore

Oh that's what WF means. Does that mean the deaths still count too? Cause then I feel it still goes to the fact that outside of a select few they are significantly weaker? Don't get me wrong they are still really strong but it still seems like quite a few of guardians die quick as hell and even the ones that don't aren't all that strong when compared to like mini bosses and such

I mean yeah, but also, guardians in canon can SPAM their abilities, which is wild

That's really more of a big fish in a small pond sort of situation though. By this logic, the best super soldiers in fiction are probably coming from the even smaller pond that is greek mythology.

Well yeah. It's not a great way to do it but if I didn't any point even a good one would be perceived a negligible even though I feel they are good points. I never said the strongest but the best with how they would work with any semblance of an actual combat. Love the really strong guys but cheaper is better

I put them in like A tier. They are really amazing and replenish crazy well. But unlike pilots in TF2 their are quite a lot of things in the universe who can body space marines consistently

Custodes, then?

Helldivers are pretty unique in that they are just disposable mobile target designators.

Also based on my little knowledge on sci fi Yeah this is what's killing your argument tbh. You have a very narrow frame of reference, and you're missing not only niche super soldiers like the horrendous novels that I went through a few months ago that I suspect almost no one has read, but also fairly well known ones in the sci fi community like the soldiers from The Forever War and Old Man's War.
