I'm value the efforts in places like NYC to get better compensation for people who deliver for these apps. I think my argument is moreso that the added cost to deliver food overall was never going to stay low/be minor

"Delivery App fee" and "cost of delivery" are too very different things. You're arguing for the cost of delivery like tips and drivers salary, but "app fee" go to UberEATS and such and they are making outrageous profits by doubling the cost and not compensating the drivers or the restaurants fairly.
