"Full ROM compound lifts" are NOT all you need to be flexible. amirite?

It works if you want to be flexible in that plane, with that movement. That's it. You should also realize not all our bodies are the same. I am naturally flexible and I suspect it will be a while before I need to seriously stretch and start to lose flexibility. I can always touch my toes, I can move my hips in all ways. I can do BTN press with no pain full rom. We are not the same(that's not a bad thing). Do people really say you will be as flexible as a cirque de solei dancer? Usually I hear "it's enough" when questions like this arise.

Let's look at flexible from a health standpoint. Anyone at the age of 80 that can still do full rom exercises are healthy in my opinion. Imagine an 80 year old male or female doing full rom squats, wow. Now, will being able to touch your fist to the ground bring any markedly imaginable benefits? Id say no, seeing as 20 year old aren't suffering from flexibility issues. There's very little reason to believe it'll meaningfully increase the quality of life for older people.

You definitely don't need to stretch to have good mobility. I find full ROM compound lifts do the trick.
