+75 Kpop Demon Hunters is a terrible movie, amirite?

It's for kids. Recommended age is 10+, with parental guidance lower. I have a friend whose 8 year old likes it. Do you also expect deep lore and character development from Paw Patrol or Pokemon?

There's no reason why stories that are appropriate for kids can't also be well-written

Okay, but Pokemon does have some rich lore at some points.

"The lore was unclear" bro you're KILLING ME

It had hot boys in a boyband. As a father of girls. That was the movies selling point. And it worked. My 12 year old who has much better taste, got into the movie, because the boy was hot. That was it.

This makes me wonder. Is OP an expert of kids movies and am I missing something with the dynamic plots of the Nintendo or Minecraft movies?

Next up on Toaster Retribution: 'Teletubbies: A Little *Too* Simple?

It's the most watched Netflix movie across the globe. It has absolutely stellar music and some pretty funny moments. It has a very simple, yet emotionally interesting story. And it's meant for kids. The problem is you and your overly analytical, fake rage bait review.

I wouldn't say stellar music. I watched it with my daughter and the music sounded like it was AI generated. Music aside, she still enjoyed it.

I haven't seen it but I assumed it was because people (kids) enjoyed the songs

I enjoyed it, my kids loved it. The only criticism I really had was how everyone kept calling it original, but it was just kids version of Buffy: HunterX = The Scoobies Honmoon = Hellmouth Jinu = Angel etc…. There are more 1 to 1 comparisons but we'd get into spoiler territory.
