The problem is taking a Society First perspective. If we want "intelligent women" to have kids, society must owe them. To see it as "The individual owes society their reproduction and labor" is horrid.

It isn't objectively a good decision to categorically dismiss having kids. Life satisfaction for Mothers almost always overtakes that of Women when surveyed later on in life particular after their children have grown up and become more independent. The problem is a lack of patience and lack of credence paid to the idea of delayed gratification. Kids are also viewed quite cynically, always as a burden rather than someone who gives an incredible sense of meaning in people's lives.

The ratio of intelligent women and non-intelligent women is about 1:9. The world won't end if 400 million women don't have children. And if 3.6 billion women are having kids, I'm sure there will be a couple million smart kids coming out of it.

How about junkie moms that continue to get pregnant despite every kid getting taken at birth? Each one has a solid chance of becoming a multimillion dollar state expense.
