I played last year on pc after it was all sorted and it was a great experience but I think the Witcher 3 is the better game. I think despite all the fixes you can feel the development hell at certain parts like the voodoo boys bit and generally all the gang stuff feels half-baked.

It's good but far from one of the best games ever made. They made a really good looking Cyberpunk city and then filled it with almost absolutely nothing interesting outside of quests. The gigs weren't particularly engaging, unlike contracts in The Witcher 3. Tons of apartments to buy, but they serve no purpose. Nothing akin to Gwent or The Witcher 3's gear set quests. Weapons and loot were extremely repetitive and crafting couldn't be any more basic. By the final third you are just selling everything without even looking at it. If it weren't for the great story and characters it'd be a mostly forgettable 7/10.
