Most people have actually got life figured out and it's not too complicated. amirite?

There's a whole spectrum of possibilities between having everything figured out and being a hot mess. Most of us land somewhere in the middle. That doesn't mean we aren't all pretending to know what we are doing and making it up as we go along. It's just that over time, as we encounter situations, we gain some knowledge and experience, build on that and keep going. Most of us do a reasonably competent job with life.

Most people understand what life is and how to navigate it. How do you know that? If someone is struggling in their life in one way or another, do you expect them to tell you? Do you think its always evident when someone is having an issue in their life to the point where you can always tell?

I never said it was always evident when someone is having an issue. I just said most people manage to truck along through each stage of life, in a fairly routine way. We all have big and small issues in life that we have to navigate.

Lots of people aren't happy with themselves or their surroundings, and sometimes there's no good answer. Someone can "get by" with any number of physical or mental problems. Just because we see them out in the world doesn't mean they're not dealing with a hoarding issue, or drug problem, or struggling to make ends meet while working multiple jobs. I totally agree with the fundamental idea of having a more stoic outlook on life, but people can also reach some pretty abysmal situations and still seem like they're "getting by"

It is kinda easy but is also so volatile, can change in a sec. It is easy for me but is not a every day thing, I kinda figure it out I have my routine but there's some days that you don't feel you have it
