They're basically saying "You don't need immigration to fix a country's low birth rate", related to declining birth rate in developed country detrimental to the economy, where some say immigration is the way to go. It's generally considered unpopular opinion as it is accused of being racist or xenophobic (sometimes that's where it comes from, but not always)

Birth rates are falling everywhere, and are lower in Europe where the work ethic is supposedly more balanced. Also, all the places where people replicate like bunnies definitely don't have good work life balance. I've got 17-20 yo kids. I can tell you exactly why they aren't f*cking. It's not their work ethic lol. It's the fact that they rarely leave the house, and when they do it's not as common for the guys and girls to hang out. And when they do hang out they rarely drink. All of the rituals that used to lead to pairing off, and practicing pairing off, are a sliver of what they once were. Agree with the general point though. The problem is here. And it's cultural. Not sure how to fix it though. Maybe we need a stronger tradition of coed camps.

I mentioned immigration because currently the Japanese government wants to bring in an influx of Indians to the country, and one of the reasons for that is to help increase birth rates. So I'm not against it but immigration in this context isn't the solution.

The fact that we have easy access to porn means that our need for sexual stimulation & release doesn't need to come from human contact with another person. The Migration of people flooding into the developed word has nothing to do with population, its all about having a steady supply of super low wage workers with limited rights for businesses to exploit. This has always been how countries do it.
