The engineers tried to shut that launch down knowing what was going to happen, but they were ignored because not delaying the launch day was considered more important. One more person with the same warning wouldn't have helped.

You can't, because then it'll have never happened so you qouldnt have known to tell the people about it, which makes it so that you can only prevent things from happening if youre not doing it on purpose
