For you maybe. I get a much better workout when im hyped up and jamming to my playlist than when im half asleep with sloppy form

Just cause your body reacts that way doesn't mean everyone else's does. Is preworkout necessary? No. Does it give me more strength? No. But it does help me focus on my lifts and its a nice ritual to get me in the zone

This seems like a you problem. It distracts you and give you the jitters. That ok, but acting like other people react the same way as you therefore it must be useless for everyone gets a big thumbs down. To many people on here think "I dont like it so everyone must not get a benifits either."
