30s and 40s Isn't Old, amirite?

Honestly I don't think this is an unpopular opinion amongst adults. I find that it's usually teenagers/ young adults that find 30s & 40s "old".

That's true, but like I'm like in the demographic of people that share that opinion so I think that'd make my opinion unpopular for my group. NOT trying to sound prestigious or put myself above others, I'm just saying many people my age think one thing, I think another.

I 100% agree! That's usually when the facial bones start to show, and the person starts growing into themselves. It's strange how the beauty standard is sharp facial structures, yet "youthful" but a round face is basically the most youthful feature you can have but its seen as unattractive.

I view "old" in a strict sense as someone who is 70 and older because by that age, they've just about lived the full lifespan of the average human.

It's Gen Z who spend more time on the internet, grew up with it, and have fetishized the early, early stages of adulthood to the point where they actually remain adolescent longer, mentally. Not their fault it's just a result of an entire generation never knowing what it's like to live in the before times. I was getting told I was old at 28 by these people lol I'm 32 now, might as well be 60 to them.

I think a big part of it is that so many people get fat at that age because their metabolism slows down and they don't adjust their lifestyle. While people who exercise can look great.

Its old for women because their fertility drops sharply during these ages. Men dont experience any kind of similar drop more like a pretty gentle dip. So idk For men its not old at all For women.....mmmmmmmmmm
