Have we hit JNCO size jeans yet? I remember in the 90s seeing kids having a pretty bad day after getting caught in the rain and trying to lug around a heavy wet mess. I'm just glad cargo shorts are back in style. Fight me

The issue is that everybody is copying a trend they don't understand really, and they do a horrible job. It's all about fit, and frankly not all fashions fit all bodies equally flatteringly. And no flattering is not synonymous with smaller. Come for me, idgaf. It's true. Most of the people I suspect you're referring to are shooting for a trend, and completely missing the mark. So they just look awful. I am with you, it's unappealing to the eye to see people in clothes that fit them horribly wrong. Granted, when the trend is done correctly, it looks pretty stupid too. But that's just opinion. Then there is the fact that most people don't even do it correctly

Any fashion trend to an extreme looks bad. Baggy jeans in and of themselves are fine. If they fit well in the style, then great. Same with skinny jeans.
