I went to about 20 concerts. Artists who play complicated music live are great to see (Neal Morse /Transatlantic/ Leprous). Seeing Taylor Swift live was fun, but I don't need to ever see such a concert again. The instruments are all faked, it's actually just a tape playing the music. And the "hard parts" are playbacked as well (the singing). So it heavily depends on the kind of music, and the talent and integrity of the artists.
