Women have more reasonso to go into the bathroom and fewer reasons to get out quickly. Women go in for peeing, pooping and periods and sometimes make up. Men just go in for the first two. Women usually go to the bathroom in groups and have conversations in the bathroom, making them want to leave a little less, but men would have to talk to each other while holding their junk and avoiding eye contact. The awkwardness also tends to amke men want to leave faster.

Also, generally the men's bathroom is dirtier (and thus stinkier) than the women's; so it's not a place that I'd want to be in ether way. Also, women have to do more to use the bathroom, they have to get a stall, pull down their pants, sit down, pee, and pull their pants back up; whereas men just open the button (or zipper) and pee. Plus, men use urinals for peeing so they don't have to wait for others to poop (and women do).
