I don't mean to be a party pooper, but you don't run fast by pushing harder on the ground, by that logic arnold schwartzenegger would be fast, and he isn't. It's your 'twitch' muscles, or the ones that cause you to quickly move your legs, which 'strength' muscles would actually inhibit. This is why Usain Bolt is fast but not really ripped.
However....you could push of like, a wall or something and fly really far. At the sacrifice of the building. That's pretty cool too.

No, because typically you know how many they hand out. But they couldn't tell you how many people apply, so it would be impossible to calculate a percentage before anyone submitted anything.
